Service Provider Requirements
The Impact Hive Experts Programme connects trusted service providers
with new and growing businesses committed to
creating positive change in their communities.
We carefully select our experts to ensure every business within our ecosystem receives high-quality, transparent, and professional support. Initially, we are onboarding Web Developers and Marketing Specialists.
Onboarding is free of charge. However, if an applicant does not meet the required standards during the initial assessment and wishes to reapply, a reapplication fee will apply.
We strongly encourage all applicants to ensure their systems, portfolio, and processes are fully aligned with our expectations before submitting their application.
Mandatory Requirements
To maintain quality and consistency across the Impact Hive network, all service providers must meet the following standards:
Professional Setup & Technical Standards
A fast and stable internet connection (verified during onboarding).
A high-quality, working camera suitable for professional video calls.
A clean, professional background.
A quiet, distraction-free environment (checked during onboarding call).
Communication Standards
Clear, confident spoken English at a professional level.
Strong client-facing communication skills.
Experience & Proven Track Record
A minimum of 3 high-quality completed projects (portfolio required).
At least 5 previous clients (testimonials or references preferred).
Systems & Transparency
Ability to confidently use essential collaboration and business platforms.
Clear, transparent pricing with no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

Structured Client Journey
We prioritise service providers who have defined systems in place to ensure a smooth and professional client experience, such as:

Client Onboarding Process
A structured set of emails or communications that engage the client following handover from Impact Hive. -
Ongoing Communication Framework
Scheduled updates at key project milestones, keeping clients informed from start to completion. -
Professional Handover Process
A clear sign-off stage that includes:-
A walkthrough of the completed work.

Guidance or training on how to use the delivered platform or assets (where applicable).

We understand that processes may vary depending on the services offered. However, a clear operational structure is highly valued.
Team or Administrative Support
Having access to a team member or administrative support is advantageous and demonstrates operational maturity.
Preferred Qualifications
Service providers may apply for our Advanced Operational Review (subject to a fee).
This includes:
A structured review of your operational systems.
Recommendations for optimisation and improvement.
An Advanced Verified Badge displayed on your profile to strengthen client confidence and support the selection process.
