Fixed Plan

£19.99 per month
Applies for the first 6 months or until the service provider acquires 3 or more business clients per month. At that stage, the monthly fee will increase to £99 per month. -

- Ideal for providers confident in securing consistent clients

Example – Donation Tier vs Fixed Plan
If three clients each pay £500 under the Donation Tier, the expert would receive £1,350, and Impact Hive would receive £150.
In comparison, under the Fixed Plan, the expert would receive approximately £1,400, and Impact Hive would receive £99.99.
If there are two clients per month:
Under the Fixed Plan, the service provider would receive £980 per month, and Impact Hive would receive £19.99.
Under the Donation Tier, the service provider would receive £900, and Impact Hive would receive £100.
Frequently Asked Question
The outcome of a refund request will depend on the stage at which the customer submits the request and the plan you are on.
For example:
Donation Tier: If a customer requests a refund, Impact Hive will also lose the 10% commission, as this amount will be returned to the customer.
Fixed Tier: The main consideration will be the stage at which the refund is requested (please refer to the refund request stages here).
In all cases, no refund or repayment can be claimed from Impact Hive by the service provider.
Payment will be made immediately after the client has signed off on the project. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or whether the payment is international.
