Additional awards from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Rural England Prosperity Fund (UKSPF/REPF) have been made to projects in East Lindsey, funded through savings from the current UKSPF programme.
This adds to over 150 projects funded by the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) since 2023. Recipients include:
- Goldwing Owners Club: Supporting Skegness Light Parade.
- Sir Joseph Banks CIO: Preserving the Sir Joseph Banks Centre in Horncastle.
- Friends of St Peter & St Paul: Restoring the Old Bolingbroke Gas House.
- Greenborough Management: Creating an Angel Investor Network for local businesses.
- Councillors Steve Kirk and Adam Grist praised the funding’s impact on local economy, heritage, and tourism.
